Peter and Sally Linton live in Cornwall. Lantern View House is our holiday home, just around the corner from our daughter and her husband in New Mills.

Payments (20% deposit with balance due 8 weeks before arrival) are welcomed by bank transfer, PayPal (preferred), Visa or Mastercard (small supplement).

Not sure of your dates but don’t want to let your preferred dates get away? Go through the online booking process and select “pay by cheque”. Include a note to say you need to confirm and we’ll hold your dates for a few days. You can subsequently pay by PayPal/ card by clicking on the link in the statement we’ll send you. There is no charge for cancelling a provisional booking.

After confirming your booking by paying the deposit we’ll email you a reminder when the balance is due.

We’ll email you the final details (how to find the keys etc) a week before your arrival.

Cancellation policy (except for provisional bookings):

If you decide to cancel your booking, you will need to confirm to us in writing and the following charges will apply:

- More than 56 days prior to arrival date:   Deposit

- 29 to 56 days prior to arrival date:         50% of full accommodation cost

- 15 to 28 days prior to arrival date:         75% of full accommodation cost

- 14 days or less prior to arrival date:       90% of full accommodation cost

- On or after arrival date:                       Full accommodation cost

We offer cancellation insurance through Booking Protect - this is an option in our booking system.
